Pause on a park bench and blend in with your surroundings. Brace your back on an old oak and inhale fresh fragrances wafting in the wood. Perch on a hill and thrill at the gentle breeze caressing your face. Sink your feet ankle-deep in a lake and delight in the shimmering light waltzing on the water. Bask under a blanket of brilliant stars. You’re home!

If you’ve been wondering about the life you’re living, plant yourself in a garden. You may begin to sprout a new vision. French painter Claude Monet said, “The richness I achieve comes from Nature, the source of my inspiration.”
